The 29 Summer Houses opened in mid 2004 to reveal delightful designs inspired by the courtyard summer houses of old Arabia. Villa clusters, each housing 10 to 12 Rooms and Suites which are centered around an inner courtyard and boast a private pool.

With prime positions in 100 acres of gardens overlooking the seafront, they make an intimate option for small groups or families occupying an entire residence. Two restaurants provide first class cuisine, while children have access to Sinbad's Kids' Club at Al Qasr.
