The guest rooms and suites are all suitably elegant bases, each one individually-styled with flawless taste and overlooking either the lagoon or Venetian gardens.

Swimming Pool
The Olympic size pool (32 x 19 metres) is the only one in central Venice, and has filtered salt water.  In Spring and Autumn it is kept heated to a constant temperature of 26°C to 28°C (78°F).
