The décor of the restaurant has been inspired by frescoes, stucco work and ornaments of the ‘Galleria Vittorio Emanuele’, the enormous arcade in the centre of Milan, the style of which is at the heart of Milanese tradition. The columns, curtains and interplay of space and vista in the restaurant all create an atmosphere both intimate and discreet. Breakfast is available from 7am to 11am, Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 11pm (closed from 1st August to 5th September but Café Doney remains open all month for both lunch and dinner)

An informal venue for breakfast served daily from 7.30am to 10.30am or light buffet served Monday to Friday 12am to 3pm. Afternoon tea and a menu a la carte are available all day.

The Principe’s bar is a winter garden that lulls its guests in a sumptuous atmosphere with a baroque flavour; variegated marble, crystal, exquisite fabrics and a coloured glass dome for the ceiling.

The Giardino d’Inverno is an elegant, exclusive meeting place. An intimate salon, a quite corner where you can meet for coffee or at cocktail time, to sip the specialities prepared by the bartender – a relaxing moment enhanced in the evening, by discreet notes from the piano.
